Hosts to Homeowners Application

Where we stand today.
We recently completed our first project and it has proven the concept is financially viable for both hosts and investors. We are now exploring the idea of rapid expansion across the State of Hawaii.

Our goal is to determine if there are enough families interested in participating to make further investment make sense.

If your family is interested in becoming hosts and setting out on our path to home ownership we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:
-Applicants must be over 18 and legal US residents.
-Applicants must have good credit or be on a path to good credit.
-It is not a requirement, but families who work in the homestay or hotel industry as property managers, cleaning staff, maintenance staff or landscaping are encouraged to apply.
